About the position
The Assessment Administration Officer is an integral member of the Faculty of Health Science and Medicine’s administration team and provides support to academic and professional staff involved in examinations and assessment of our students.
Reporting to the Manager, Curriculum and Assessment, the key aspects of this of this position will be to support the organisation and delivery of examinations, and to assist in governance and monitoring of student performance through bespoke assessment software.
- About the person:
The successful candidate will possess significant experience in a similar assessment administrative role. Exceptional communication, organisational, planning and attention to detail skills are required. The ability to work independently whilst actively contributing to the team is essential, as is experience working in a deadline driven environment. High level Excel skills and experience of using a range of software, will be key to success of this role.
Previous experience working in an assessment environment will be highly regarded, as well as previous experience interpreting and applying University and academic policy will be an advantage.

The salary range for this appointment is $57,833 to $66,868 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation. Negotiable on skills and experience.
