Description
Commercial Entities Law is a compulsory subject in the Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance offered by the Faculty of Law. The subject will introduce students to the law regulating enterprises in Australia. Students will learn about the range of possible business structures including the corporation, the legal process of setting up a corporate structure, and the formal operational obligations of the enterprise.
