Description
Digital transformation: Stages and Capabilities introduces students to concepts, theories, and models for digital transformation of different types of organisations and contexts. This subject identifies six stages of maturity in digital transformation from non-existent to progressive. It presents twelve groups of capabilities from customer experience to data infrastructure and provides undergraduate students with experience in planning a digital transformation project.
