Research Data Management

Research Data Management is the broad process of collecting, curating, archiving and, where appropriate, sharing research materials and documents relating to research. Good Research Data Management practices are essential to all researchers, including staff and students, and will improve research quality, rigour and transparency, while reducing waste and repetition.

Bond University upholds and promotes best practice in Research Data Management as outlined in the Australian Code of Conduct for Responsible Research, and the Guide for the Management of Data and Information in Research. The University recognises its role in providing appropriate infrastructure, policies, training and support to enable staff and students to engage in best practice Research Data Management.
