Professional biography

I am an expert on translational research on nutrition and muscle wasting in cancer and older adults, focusing on the efficacy of nutritional support strategies such as omega-3 fatty acids, essential amino acids, and meal adaptations. My ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life and outcomes in cancer patients and older adults.
