COVID-19 (coronavirus): Latest advice for the Bond community.

Bond Univeristy Kindness Week

Bond University will once again be hosting Kindness Week in 2022.

Kindness Week will be held in week 8 of semester 223, from 31 October - 4 November.  This week will present an opportunity for students, staff, and alumni to reflect on the nature of kindness.

We will be celebrating how kindness can improve our lives as well as recognising those within our community who have made a difference through simple acts of kindness.

Kindness message from Meixi Yao, a Bondy in China

Why Kindness Week?

We have chosen kindness because of its singular ability to unlock our shared humanity. Kindness strengthens relationships, develops community and deepens solidarity. It is a cornerstone of our individual and collective mental health. Wisdom from every culture across history recognises that kindness is something that all human beings need to experience and practise to be fully alive.

It is a known fact that one act of kindness can lead to many more. This is the type of chain reaction that we hope to inspire the whole of our Bond community as we discover our connection to each other and extend kindness to ourselves.
