ATAR Information Webinar for Queensland High School Students

The Australian Tertiary Admission Rank Information Webinar for Queensland High School Students

Join our Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Information Webinar tonight. Webinar link and password provided below.

From 2020, the ATAR will replace the Overall Position (OP) as the standard pathway to tertiary study for Queensland Year 12 students gradating from high school at the end of 2020, and seeking entry to a tertiary course from 2021.

Our webinar is the best place for you to start if you are considering attending university and are currently a Year 10, 11 or 12 student.

Steve Stern, Professor of Data Science for the Bond Business School, will explain how ATAR will be calculated and its eligibility.  Other key topics will include a subject selection discussion and how the ATAR is weighted, the difference between assumed knowledge and prerequisites, and alternative pathways to your dream degree.

A member of the Bond University Future Students team will be available before and after the webinar to answer any questions you may have; and one of our current Bond students will join the webinar to talk about their own personal experiences with the application process and transitioning into university life.

We welcome the attendance of any parents/guardians and high school teachers interested in finding more about ATAR and what this means for your child/students.

When: Tuesday, 4 August, 2020
Time: 5.30pm to 6.45pm
