Improving the Quality of Life for our Elderly through the Joy of Food

This research update on the importance of nutrition and good food as we age will be paired with a cooking demonstration. The latest research on The Lantern Project and how to improve nutrition in a cost-efficient manner will be presented by Gold Coast Dietitian, Cherie Hugo. Aged care chef extraordinaire, Tibor, from Tibor’s Kitchen will demonstrate how to make pureed meals for those with chewing and swallowing difficulties appetising and nourishing.
