The Library’s service points are the Main and John and Alison Kearney Law Libraries and The Balnaves Foundation Multimedia Learning Centre.
The Library's customers include undergraduate students, postgraduates, academic staff, alumni groups, customers from groups with which the University has formal links, such as other universities in the region and the local community.
The Bond University community and external organizations recognise the Library as a highly customer focused support service. This reputation is due to the high quality and professionalism of its staff and its innovative services. The Library is a frequent and grateful recipient of donations of funds and books by individuals in the community.
