Library KPIs 2023

Number of student attendances at one-on-one consultation sessions with a Faculty Libriarian. Librarians can provide advice on searching for resources and referencing.

Make an appointment

Faculty librarians also attend classes at the invitation of educators to introduce library concepts, resources and information skills. In 2023, they spoke to 5457 students in class.

Why should I sign in to Library Search?

  • Access to your library account
  • Requesting digital articles and chapters, or loans from other Libraries
  • Additional results from repositories where search is limited to signed in users

 

Our target is to place 95% of orders within 1 working day of receiving a purchase request from students and staff.

The average turnaround time for availability of purchase requests is 3 days. This includes both print and online resources. Print resources are a small proportion of the total.
